Pottery was Ramses passion , he experimented with many local types of clay to produce
“Stoneware ceramic” for every day house hold use. He also prepared his own glazes from lead free metal oxides and clays. The kiln too, is his own design based on the simple oil drip system up-draght. It is patterned in his name.
Suzanne his daughter is still continuing to use these clay mixes and glaze formulas and firing in kilns built in the same design principals.
Each piece of Stoneware Pottery is hand crafted using clays form Aswan and Sinai. Fired once in a diesel kiln at temperature above 1250 C. Glazes are Lead-Free.
